So make your sharbat and store it for ramzan. #HappyCookingToYou #RamzanRecipes #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2DgrVGhVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Elaichi SharbatRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Pani (Water) 2 Cups-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 1 Cup -Pani (Water) 1 litre -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 kg-Rose water 1/4 Cup-Green food color ½ tsp or as required -Tatri (Citric acid) 1 pinch (optional) -Elaichi sharbat 2-3 tbs or to tasteDirections:-In bowl,add water,green cardamom and let it soak for 4 hours or overnight.-In chopper,add soaked green cardamoms,chop coarsely & set aside.-In wok,add water,chopped green cardamom and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.-In bowl,place strainer,muslin cloth and strain cardamom mixture.-In wok,add strained cardamom water,sugar and mix well.-Add rosewater,mix well and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.-Add green food color and citric acid,mix well and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes or until syrup is thick & keep mixing in between.-Add citric acid and mix well.-Let it cool down.-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 months (yields 1.5 litres).-In 1 cup of milk or water,add elaichi sharbat,mix well & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Pani (Water) 2 Cups-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 1 Cup -Pani (Water) 1 litre -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 kg-Rose water 1/4 Cup-Green food color ½ tsp or as required -Tatri (Citric acid) 1 pinch (optional) -Elaichi sharbat 2-3 tbs or to tasteDirections:-Bowl mein pani aur hari elaichi dal dein aur 4 hours ya overnight kliya soak ker lein.-Chopper mein soaked hari elaichi dal dein aur coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karhai mei pani,chopped hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.-Bowl mein strainer aur malmal ka kapra rakh dein aur elaichi mixture ko strain ker lein.-Karhai mein strained elaichi ka pani aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Rosewater dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.-Green food color aur tatri dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 25-30 minutes ya garha hunay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Thanda ker lein.-2 months tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (yields 1.5 litres).-Ek cup doodh or pani mein elaichi sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
