½ tablespoon ground flaxseed + 1½ tablespoon warm water
2½ tablespoon Butter
¼ Cup Brown sugar
¼ Cup Curd or Yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ Cup + 1 tbsp All purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 Cup (1-2) peaches, cubed
⅓ Cup toasted walnut
