Enjoy this unique and delicious cake recipe and do post your comments below.Ingredients:Flour- 1 ½ cupBaking Soda - 1tspBaking powder -2 tsps Condensed milk – 3/4th cup + 1tbspsButtermilk – 3/4th cupOil – 1/3rd cup Cinnamon – tspsNutmeg – 1/2tspsCastor Sugar – ½ cupBrown sugar – ½ cup Grated carrot – 1 cup (can add more upto 2 cups)Raisins – handful (soaked with water for an hour)Baking 10 mins at 200160- 30 minsHung curd – 1cup Method:- Pre heat the oven at 200 degree celcius. Butter a 10 inch rectangular baking tin- Sift flour, Baking soda, baking powder in separate bowl.- Whisk together condensed milk, buttermilk, sugar, oil and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon)- Mix this with the dry ingredients- Finally mix grated carrot and raisins (without water)- Scrap butter in the prepared tin and bake at 200 degree celcius for 10 minutes. Then further at 160 degree celcius for 30 minutes until baked- Remove from the oven, let it cool down in the mold for 10 minutes.
