1 tbsp Oil
5-6 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1-inch Ginger (chopped)
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
tsp Asafoetida Powder
4-5 Green Chillies (chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup Moong Dal (soaked in water)
tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh Coconut (grated)
