This is very easy stir fry recipe with ground beef and Chinese celery, reminding me of my childhood. Chinese celery is very aromatic and crispy. However, if you can't find it, you may substitute with regular celery. Enjoy!

10 oz ground beef
2 stalks Chinese celery (or western celery)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced giner
5 fresh chili peppers (or dried chili pepper)
light soy sauce
salt
vegetable oil
served over steamed rice or with lettuce leaves
