A quick and Easy Steam Chicken Roast recipe for you by Food Fusion #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #MehranFoodsWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3aUAsjHVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Easy Steam Chicken Roast Serves 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Water 1 & litre -Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 & tbs or to taste-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tbs-Chicken 1 & kg-Cooking oil for frying -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Chaat masala 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs-Paprika powder tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Zarda ka rang (Yellow Food color) tsp-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste -Tatri (Citric acid) tsp-Green chilli sauce 1 tbs-Mustard paste 2 tbs-Lemon juice 3 tbs-Adrak (Ginger) slices 4-5 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4 -Chaat masala as required -Adrak (Ginger) slices 2-3 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Chaat masala as required Directions:-In a bowl,add water,vinegar,salt,garlic paste & mix well.-Add chicken and mix well,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes then strain & set aside. -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken pieces on medium flame until light golden & set aside. -In a bowl,add yogurt & whisk well.-Add red chilli powder,chaat masala,coriander powder,paprika powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,orange food color,salt,citric acid,green chilli sauce,mustard paste,lemon juice & whisk well.-In prepared marination,add fried chicken pieces and coat well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.-In a pot,add water & bring it to boil.-Place a steamer over it & line with butter paper.-Add marinated chicken pieces,ginger,green chillies & sprinkle chaat masala.-Add remaining chicken pieces & repeat the same procedure,cover with butter paper and lid & cook on high flame to build up the steam (4-5 minutes) then turn flame to low and steam cook on low flame for 35-40 minutes.-Serve steamed chickens with green chilli sauce.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Water 1 & litre -Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 & tbs or to taste-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tbs-Chicken 1 & kg-Cooking oil for frying -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Chaat masala 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs-Paprika powder tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Zarda ka rang (Yellow Food color) tsp-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste -Tatri (Citric acid) tsp-Green chilli sauce 1 tbs-Mustard paste 2 tbs-Lemon juice 3 tbs-Adrak (Ginger) slices 4-5 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4 -Chaat masala as required-Adrak (Ginger) slices 2-3 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Chaat masala as requiredDirections:-Bowl mein pani,sirka,namak aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated chicken pieces ko darmiyani ancch per light golden hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein dahi dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.-Lal mirch powder,chaat masala,dhania powder,paprika powder,zeera powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,zarda ka rang,namak,tatri,green chilli sauce,mustard paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Tayyar marination mein fried chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan coat karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.-Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein.-Streamer rakh dein aur butter paper laga lein.-Marinated chicken pieces,adrak,hari mirchein dal ker chaat masala sprinkle ker lein.-Remaining chicken pieces dal ker yehe process dubara repeat karein,butter paper aur lid sa cover ker lein,steam build kernay kliya 4-5 minutes tez ancch per paka lein phir chulha halka ker ka 35-40 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Steamed chickens ko green chilli sauce ka saath serve karein.
