Easy Oat Bites | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This simple and healthy no-bake oatmeal protein energy balls recipe is perfect for easy snacking on-the-go! 

EASY OAT BITES

Ingredients

1½ cups oats
1 cup chopped milk chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup cashewnuts
¼ cup raisins
½ cup honey

Method

1. Line an aluminium barfi tray with a cling film.
2. Take chocolate in a microwave proof bowl. Add butter and heat in microwave for 1 minute or till chocolate melts. Remove from heat and mix till smooth.
3. Dry-roast oats in a non-stick pan till light golden. Transfer in another bowl.
4. Roughly chop walnuts and cashewnuts.
5. Add chopped nuts, raisins, honey and chocolate mixture to roasted oats and mix well.
6. Spread the oats-chocolate mixture in the lined tray evenly. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set.
7. Demould, trim the edges and cut into bite size pieces.
8. Serve.
