Easy Japanese Tuna Salad | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- 1 Broccoli Head
- 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 Tuna Can
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ground Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
1. Split the broccoli into smaller pieces, and boil for about 1 minute, removing the moisture afterwards.
2. Thinly slice the mushrooms, wrap them in kitchen paper. Place them on a microwavable plate and microwave for 1 minute. Leave them until they are cooled down.
3. In a bowl, add the can of tuna (with the oil removed), sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
4. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and mix well. Finally, add the broccoli. Enjoy!
