Easy, Healthy Banana Bread (No Added Sugar, Low Fat) | The Chinese Cuisine

This healthy, vegan banana bread is so delicious that you can't tell the difference between it and traditional banana bread! It is moist, flavorful, and sweet. And it's extremely easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 cup date sugar (ground up dried dates)
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. mix together dry ingredients
2. mix together wet ingredients
3. fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
4. pour into greased loaf pan
5. bake at 375 ºF for 25 minutes
6. let cool for 5-10 minutes
7. serve and enjoy!
