EASY Egg Drop Soup (蛋花汤) | The Chinese Cuisine

You only need several ingredients for this delicious egg drop soup. Plus, it can be made in less than TEN minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
1. 4 cups water
2. 1 egg
3. 1/2 cup frozen vegetables mix (chopped carrots, peas, & corn)
4. 2 tablespoons corn starch + water
5. fish sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. add 4 cups water to a pot and bring to a boil
2. add in frozen vegetables
3. mix cornstarch with enough water so that it becomes a milky liquid
4. pour it into the pot and stir for several seconds
5. whisk the egg
6. pour the whisked egg into the pot in a circular motion
7. add around 2 tablespoons of fish sauce for flavor
8. take off heat, drizzle on some sesame oil, and serve!
