Easy Baked Chicken Wings (Crispy!) | The Chinese Cuisine

These delicious, juicy, crispy chicken wings are baked, not fried, yet taste better! They are also extremely easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 chicken wings
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- old bay seasoning
- cooking wine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup corn flakes (nature's path no sugar added)

DIRECTIONS:
1. add salt, cayenne pepper, old bay seasoning, and cooking wine to chicken wings
2. massage ingredients into chicken and marinate for 1 hour
3. combine 1 whisked egg to 1 tablespoon cornstarch
4. crush corn flakes into crumbs
5. coat wings in egg and then crumbs
6. place on baking sheet and bake at 180 C (356 F) for 25 minutes
7. let the chicken sit in the oven for 5 more minutes after baking
8. serve and enjoy!
