Heat Oil and add cumin seeds2. Add onions, ginger garlic and spices. Mix well.3. Add Vadiyan and Pakore and fry for few mins. Add Potatoes. Mix well. Add tomatoes and combine all ingredients. 4. Add just enough water to cover the potatoes and cook for 2 whistles.Once the cooker has cooled down, open and sprinkle kasoori methi and garnish with cilantro leaves before serving.
