Cinnamon Stick - 1 Stick4. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp5. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp6. Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tbspFirst Marinade:1. Salt - 1 tsp2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp3. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp4. Roast Spice Mix - 1 tbsp5. Lemon Juice (Half Lemon)6. Water - 1 tspSecond Marinade:1. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp2. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp7. Lemon Juice - Half Lemon8. Rice Flour - 1 tbspTandoori Fish and sides:1. Pomfret Fish - 2 2. Baby Potatoes - 8 - 103. Mushrooms - 8 - 104. Salt & Pepper (As per taste)5. Oil - 1-2 tsp6. Onions - 1 (Round sliced)Mayo Dip:1. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp2. Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp3. Dry Basil - 1 tsp4. Olive Oil - 1/2 tsp5. Lemon Juice - 1/2 tspMethod:Roasted Spice Mix:1. Add all ingredients in a pan 2. Roast for 2 -3 mins 3. Grind into a fine powder First Marinade:1.Add all ingredients 2. Mix well and marinade is ready3. Apply on the fish incuding into the tandoori cuts4. marinate fish for an hourSecond Marinade:1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Apply generously on the fish 3. Marinate for an hour or twoMayo Dip:1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Dip is ready.Tandoori Fish and sides:1. Add Potatoes and Mushrooms on a baking tray2. Sprinkle some salt & pepper3. Add oil on top and mix well4. Place onion rings on the tray5. Place the marinated fish on the onion ring bed6.
