Ingredients½ lb spaghettiSalt, to tasteExtra virgin olive oil5 cloves garlic, thinly slicedRed pepper flakes1 cup red wineBasil, to garnishSteps1.) Add spaghetti to salted, boiling water. Set timer for 1 minute shy of the lowest time displayed on the box.2.) In the sauté pan, gently sauté garlic and crushed red pepper flakes in extra virgin olive oil.3.) When the spaghetti is done (1 minute shy) add to the skillet along with ¾ cup of red wine. Cook on high heat while stirring.4.)
