Cheese and Chocolate Doughnut Rolls
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Neem garam doodh (Lukewarm milk) ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) melted 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese sticks (room temperature)
-Cooking chocolate
-Cooking oil for frying
-Icing sugar

Directions:
-In jug,add lukewarm milk,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
-In bowl,add half quantity of all-purpose flour,egg,salt,butter,vanilla essence,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
-Now add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Add water and knead until dough is formed.
-Grease bowl with cooking oil and place dough,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
-Knead dough again,sprinkle flour and divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
-Take one part and divide into 4 equal pieces.
-Take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Place mozzarella cheese stick and cooking chocolate,roll & seal the edges (makes 15-16).
-Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!

Ajza:
-Neem garam doodh (Lukewarm milk) ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) melted 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese sticks (room temperature)
-Cooking chocolate
-Cooking oil for frying
-Icing sugar

Directions:
-Jug mein neem garam doodh,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein half quantity maida,anda,namak,makhan,vanilla essence aur dissolve khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab baqi bacha huwa maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dough rakh ker dhak dein aur 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur maida chirak ker dough ko 4 parts mein divide ker lein.
-Ek part ko 4 equal parts mein divide ker lein.
-Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Mozzarella cheese stick aur cooking chocolate rakh dein aur roll ker ka edges ko seal ker lein (makes 15-16).
-Dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal ker serve karein.
