Try this recipe of doodh ki thandi bottle. #HappyCookingToYouWritten recipe: https://bit.ly/3fR5FEmVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Doodh ki Thandi BottleRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Cream ½ Cup -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp-Badam (Almonds) chopped 10-15-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 10-15-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste-Yellow food color 1 pinch (optional) -Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required -Corn flour 1 tsp or as required-Colored jelly cubes (optional) Directions:-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil then cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and keep stirring in between.-Add cream and whisk well.-Add cardamom powder,almonds,cashew nuts,sugar and mix well for 2-3 minutes.-Add yellow food color and whisk well.-In water,add corn flour and mix well.-Gradually add dissolve corn flour and keep mixing and cook for 1-2 minutes.-Let it cool to room temperate and keep stirring in between.-Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until chilled.-In serving glass,add colored jelly,prepared milk,dry nuts & serve chill.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Cream ½ Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp-Badam (Almonds) chopped 10-15-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 10-15-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste-Yellow food color 1 pinch (optional)-Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required -Corn flour 1 tsp or as required-Colored jelly cubes (optional) Directions:-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein phir halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Elaichi powder,badam,kaju aur cheeni dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.-Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka dissolve corn flour shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Room temperature per anay tak thanda ker lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Thanda hunay tak 3-4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Serving glass mein colored jelly,tayyar doodh aur dry nuts dal ker thanda serve karein.
