Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Vermicelli Cups: 00:10
-Mehran Vermicelli 1 pack (150g)
-Ghee 2 tbs
-Condensed milk 3-4 tbs
Prepare Doodh Dulari: 01:13
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Mehran Doodh dulari mix 1 pack (225g)
-Fruit cocktail strained 1 Cup
-Hot water Cup
Assembling: 02:29
-Cham cham
-Dry nuts chopped

Directions:
Prepare Vermicelli Cups: 00:10
-Crush vermicelli with the help of hands & set aside.
-In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add crushed vermicelli,mix well & roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add condensed milk,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-On a muffin tray,add vermicelli mixture and press gently to make a cup shape and refrigerate until set (10 minutes) then carefully remove the cups with the help of spatula (makes 6).
Prepare Doodh Dulari: 01:13
-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add Mehran doodh dulari mix (reserve jelly pack for later use),mix well & cook for on medium flame until thickens (15-20 minutes) & keep mixing in between.
-Let it cool.
-Add fruit cocktail,mix well & refrigerate until use.
-In a small jug,add reserved jelly pack,hot water & mix well until it dissolves.
-Pour in a dish,let it cool & refrigerate until set.
-Cut jelly into small cubes & set aside.
Assembling: 02:29
-In vermicelli cups,add prepared doodh dulari and red jelly & cham cham.
-Garnish with dry nuts & serve!

Prepare Vermicelli Cups: 00:10
-Mehran Vermicelli 1 pack (150g)
-Ghee 2 tbs
-Condensed milk 3-4 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Mehran Doodh dulari mix 1 pack (225g)

Directions:
Prepare Vermicelli Cups: 00:10
-Sawaiyon ko haath ki madad sa crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Crushed sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya roast ker lein.
-Condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Muffin tray per sawaiyon ka mixture dal ker gently press ker lein aur cup ki shape bana lein aur set hunay tak refrigerate ker lein (10 minutes) phir carefully spatuka ki madad sa nikal lein (makes 6).
Prepare Doodh Dulari: 01:13
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Mehran doodh dulari mix (jelly pack ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (15-20 minutes) & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Fruit cocktail dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & use kernay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein reserved jelly pack aur garam pani dal dein aur dissolve ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dish mein pour ker lein,thanda ker lein & set hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Jelly ko small cubes mien cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling: 02:29
-Sawaiyon ka cups mein tayyar doodh dulari,red jelly aur cham cham dal dein.
-Dry buts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
