Please share your feedback with us. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/38NXJF8Doodh Badam SharbatServes 3-4 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 20-22-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 4-5 Cups -Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste-Cornflour 1 tsp-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs-Badam (Almonds) sliced Directions:-In a grinder,add almonds,saffron strands,milk,grind well & set aside.-In a kettle,add milk,almonds mixture,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.-Dissolve cornflour in milk & whisk well.-Now add dissolved cornflour in cooked milk,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Let it cool at room temperature & refrigerate until chilled.-In serving glass,add ice cubes,badam sharbart,almonds & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 20-22-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 4-5 Cups -Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste-Cornflour 1 tsp-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs-Badam (Almonds) sliced Directions:-Grinder mein badam,zafran aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Kettle mein doodh,badam mixtture aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya pake lein.-Doodh mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Cooked doodh mein dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Room temperate per thanda ker lein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.-Serving glass mein ice cubes,badam sharbat aur badam dal ker serve karein!
