Don Corrado - White Pizza With Mozzarella Gorgonzola Potatoes Sausage Rosemary - Today we're cooking this pizza in our wood burning clay brick pizza oven.

We'll be cooking this in our "Authentic Pizza Oven" clay brick wood fired outdoor pizza oven - where the deck temperature is around 750ºF.

Method:
Boil the potatoes, just until the are fork tender, then allow them to cool completely before slicing thinly.
Slice the skins off a hot (or sweet) Italian sausage, then roll into tiny meatballs. Pan fry the meatballs in a little olive oil until they are cooked through.
