Dim Sum Pork Spare Ribs Congee | HAPPY WOK

Dim Sum Lovers, here another entry that you might like to make. So delicious , tender pork spare ribs, that separate from its bone by itself. Good for rainy or cold weather. Enjoy.
Here the list of ingredients, so you can copy-paste-print the same. Again thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor, who find time, helping me organized those list.
1 cup ------- short grain rice (wash & drain) 9 cups ------- water 1 pound ---- pork spare ribs 3 oz. -------- ginger (about 3 thumb size, peeled & sliced) 1 tsp ------— salt 3 pcs. ------- dried shiitake mushrooms (water softened & sliced) 2 pcs. ------- Chinese long donut (chopped) 1 tsp -------- sesame oil (for each serving bowl) 1 tsp -------- light soy sauce (for each bowl) 1 pinch ----- white pepper (for each bowl) 1 Tbsp ------ chopped green onions (for each each bowl) NOTE: number of serving: 4 scrape your pot with flat end of metal spatula from time to time
