DIM SUM: Cantonese Scallion Pancakes

Here favorite dim sum & street snacks, that is simple to make with very few inexpensive ingredients. Yet still crunchy and tasty. You can make this in advance and freeze them. Then thaw & fry them at your convenience time. Enjoy.

3 cups all purpose flour
tsp. salt
1 cup water heated to about 140F/60C

2 Tbs. green onions (aka scallions), chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch five spice powder
lard, as needed
cooking oil, as needed
