Digestive biscuits recipe by (Cooking with Asifa)

Digestive biscuits are semi - sweat biscuit but very healthy as it's made from whole wheat,oats, milk & brown sugar.
Ingredients:
Butter 60 g
Milk 2 tbsp
Oats flour 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
Recipe:
Preheat oven at 180°C(350°F).
Mix oats flour, wheat flour,brown sugar & baking soda in a bowl.
Knead mixture with milk to form stiff dough.
Roll out the dough & cut into biscuit shape.
Place in baking tray & bake at 180°C(350°F) for 15 mins approx.
Store in air tight jar.
