Digestive biscuits are semi - sweat biscuit but very healthy as it's made from whole wheat,oats, milk & brown sugar.Ingredients:Butter 60 gMilk 2 tbspOats flour 3/4 cupBrown sugar 1/2 cupBaking soda 1/2 tspWhole wheat flour 3/4 cupRecipe:Preheat oven at 180°C(350°F).Mix oats flour, wheat flour,brown sugar & baking soda in a bowl.Knead mixture with milk to form stiff dough.Roll out the dough & cut into biscuit shape.Place in baking tray & bake at 180°C(350°F) for 15 mins approx.Store in air tight jar.
