Dhania panjiri prasad recipe is a special dish which is made in Janamasthmi festival which is made of coriander power, sugar and lots of dry fruits. dhania panjiri is janmashtami special dish which is made specialy on the Janamasthmi festival.



Dhania panjiri Ingredients:

Coriander powder - 1 cup
Phool Makhane - 1 cup
powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 15 - 20
Rasins - 15 - 20
Dry Grated coconut - 4 Tbsp
Green cardmon powder- 1 tsp
Ghee - 4 Tbsp



How to make Dhania panjiri recipe:

Take a pan add 2 Tbsp ghee.
Add Phool Makhane and roast in ghee for 2 mins.
Add cashew nuts and roast with Phool Makhane.
Now Roast for 2 mins again.
Close the flame and transfer in a separate bowl.
Take pan again and add ghee.
Add coriander powder and roast in very low flame.
Roast till 5 mins and when aroma comes out of it.
Stir continuously.
Add Green cardamon powder and grated dry coconut.
Mix well for 2 mins.
Close the flame and cool this mixture completely.
In a bowl add this coriander powder mixture.
Add powdered sugar, dry fruits, and Phool Makhane.
Mix well and now Dhaniya panjiri is ready to serve.
