Double Chocolate Nutella Crunch Cookies - Glen And Friends Cooking
This is a double chocolate cookie recipe with Nutella... so I guess it's actually a triple chocolate cookie?
Welcome friends welcome back to the kitchen today we're going to do another cookie since it is cookie season, and this is a Nutella chocolate chip cookie recipe that I had in a small little bakery shop and I asked for the recipe and usually if you ask very nicely for the recipe the baker will give it to you. So I was frantically on my cell phone typing into the notes section and I got the cookie recipe in this massive quantity. Then I had to reduce it down to a much smaller quantity. I think I got everything, so we're going to give it a go today. This is the first time I've made it this is the first time I've made it with the lower proportions hopefully I get it right.

Ingredients:
125 mL (½ cup) cocoa powder
250 mL (1 cup) sugar
250 mL (1 cup) brown sugar
175 mL (¾ cup) melted butter
175 mL (¾ cup) warm milk
2 mL (½ tsp) instant coffee
175 mL (¾ cup) Nutella
2 large eggs
5 mL (1 tsp) pure vanilla extract
875 mL (3½ cups) flour
10 mL (2 tsp) baking powder
5 mL (1 tsp) coarse salt
2 mL (½ tsp) baking soda
375 mL (1½ cups) chocolate chips
125 mL (½ cup) coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts

Method:
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350°F).
Beat cocoa, sugars, butter, milk, coffee, and Nutella, on low speed with an electric mixer until combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda
Stir flour mixture into cocoa mixture just until incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, and bake about 12-15 minutes.
