Oh my gosh, it's the last day of the happy eating challenge!

As you see, the Japanese diet it's not really a diet like restricting or avoiding something.

I'm not prioritizing weight loss but focusing on balance. It's about eating habits.

The whole idea of the Japanese diet is to eat real food cooking in your own kitchen.

I don't count calories, but I count how many kinds of food I am taking in a day.
