आज मुग्धा ताई घेऊन आल्या आहेत Dal Pakwan | दाल पकवान!

Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt (as per taste)
1 to 2 tbsp oil
Water

1 cup Split Bengal Gram (washed & Soaked)
1 cup Water
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf (hand torn)
2 tbsp garlic & green chilli (crushed)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt (as per taste)

Oil (for frying)

For Tadka:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
2-3 tsp Tamarind & Dates Chutney
2-3 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp Tomato (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
