Tuvar dal - 1 bowl
Chopped Tomato - 3 pcs

Whole Red Chili - 2 pcs
Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek) - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 5 leaves
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Pickle Masala - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 glass
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp

For Dhokli Dough
Edible Oil - 25 ml
Gram Flour - 1 medium bowl
Sesame Seeds - 2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1 tbsp
Cumin-Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Green Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Garlic - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander - 1 bowl (small size)
Water - as needed
