Do give it a try. #Qarshi #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou written Recipe: https://bit.ly/2Wz3AoeVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Custard Badam SharbatServes 7-8Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Badam (Almonds) 1/4 Cup (soaked overnight & peeled)-Water 1/4 Cup or as required -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs -Qarshi ilacheen Cup-Vanilla custard powder 1 & tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup -Tukh malanga (Basil seeds) 1 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required -Ice cubes Directions:-In grinder,add almonds,water and grind well to make a paste & set aside.-In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil and keep mixing in between.-Add almond paste and mix well.-Add almonds,pistcahios,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add qarshi ilacheen,mix well and cook on low flam for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.-In bowl,add custard powder,milk and whisk well.-Gradually add dissolve custard,mix continuously and cook until thickens (approx. 2-3 minutes).-Let it cool.-In glass,add basil leaves,water,mix well and soak for 10-15 minutes.-In a jug,add ice cubes,soaked basil seeds,prepared sharbat and mix well.-In serving glass,add ice cubes,sharbat & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Badam (Almonds) 1/4 Cup (soaked overnight & peeled)-Water 1/4 Cup or as required -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs -Qarshi ilacheen Cup-Vanilla custard powder 1 & tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup -Tukh malanga (Basil seeds) 1 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required -Ice cubes Directions:-Grimder mein badam aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Badam paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Qarshi ilacheen dal ker mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Bowl mein custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka dissolve custard shamil karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).-Thanda ker lein.-Glass mein tukh malanga aur pani dal ker mix karein aur 10-15 minutes kliya bheego dein.-Jug mein ice cubes,soaked tukh malanga aur tayyar sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Serving glass mein ice cubes aur sharbat dal ker serve karein!
