Crostata di frutta - fruit tart for mother's day recipe | BuonaPappa

Mother's day! such a special day that I LOVE to celebrate, not only because I'm a mom of two lovely kids, but most of all because I have a very special mom that I adore and I have to thank her for so many good things that one day to celebrate doesn't seem enough!
Today's recipe is dedicated to her (and it's one of her favorite!): crostata di frutta or fresh fruit tart. Homemade dough, not too sweet to balance the sweetness of the custard cream with a seasonal mix of fresh fruit on top and a thin layer of gelatine to keep the bright colors of the fruit.
The recipe is a bit time consuming, so I would suggest to prepare it the day before. The final result is soooo yummy that it is really worth it!!
