Try this Crispy Roti Egg Roll recipe and impress everyone #HappyCookingToyou #FooFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/33Ew8kwVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Crispy Roti Egg RollRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Chicken Filling:-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 350g-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3-4 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Chaat masala tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 tbs-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Cup-Charcoal for smoke-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp -Anda (Egg) whisked 1 -Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Lukewarm water 1 & Cup or as required -Cooking oil tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs-Water 2 tbs or as required -Cheese grated as required (optional) -Cooking oil for fryingDirections:Prepare Chicken Filling:-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & saut until translucent.-Add tomato,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add chicken mince and mix well until it until changes color. -Add yogurt,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,green chilli,green onion & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up (2-3 minutes).-Add fresh coriander,mix well and give a coal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.-Grease 8 inch frying pan with cooking oil,add whisked egg,spread evenly & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.-In a bowl,add wheat flour,salt,cooking oil & mix well until crumbled.-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well to make a paste & set aside.-Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough (100g),make a ball & sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible).-On rolled dough,place prepared omelete,prepared chicken filling & cheese. -Apply prepared flour paste on the edges of the dough,fold & roll up.-Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 6-7).-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from all sides until golden brown & crispy.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Prepare Chicken Filling:-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur transluecny hunay tak saut ker lein.-Tamatar aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.-Chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tandeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi,namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,chaat masala,hari mirch aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.-8: inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur pheeta huwa anda dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein atta,namak aur cooking oil dal dein aur crumbled hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Chotay bowl mein atta aur pani dal dein dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ke paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond elin.-Chota dough lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (as thin as possible).-Rolled dough per tayyar omelete,tayyar chicken filling aur cheese dal dein.-Dough ki edges per atta ka paste laga lein aur fold ker ka roll bana lein.-Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 6-7).-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown aur crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
