Ingredients:

3 Potatoes
Water
Salt
Oil for frying

Method:

- First, peel and slice the potatoes.
- In a bowl mix cold water and little salt. Add the potato slices to the water and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes remove the slices from the water and put them on a strainer.
- The place the slices on an absorbent paper and get rid of the excess water.
- In a hot fry the potato slices on golden color.
