Crispy Chicken Pasta
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cornflour Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup
-Water Cup or as required
-Chicken boneless cubes 350g
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Tomato ketchup Cup
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Water Cup or as required
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1-2 tbs
-Penne pasta 150g (boiled as per packs instruction)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves

Directions:
-In a bowl,add chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste,egg,black pepper powder,salt,cornflour, all-purpose flour and whisk well.
-Gradually add water and whisk well.
-Add chicken and mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken on medium low flame until golden brown & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and mix well for a minute.
-Add tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add onion,capsicum,fried chicken and mix well.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Now add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,sirka,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz,shimla mirch aur fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix karein.
-Ab boiled penne paste shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
