Crispy Chicken Cutlets
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes kg
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley/Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated Cup
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In chopper add chicken boneless cubes and chop well.
-In a bowl add chicken mince, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, onion powder, fresh parsley/fresh coriander and mix until well combined.
-Add cheddar cheese, mix well & refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-In a bowl add breadcrumbs, dried oregano, paprika powder, shake well & set aside.
-In a bowl add eggs, whisk well & set aside.
-Grease hands with oil. Take a mixture and make a ball (65 gms). Coat in breadcrumbs, press and shape into square shape then dip into beaten eggs and again coat in breadcrumbs (makes 8-9).
-Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
-In a frying pan heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame from both sides until golden brown.

-Chopper meim chicken boneless cubes ko ache tarha chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein chicken qeema, paprika powder, lehsan powder, namak, kali mirch powder, safed mirch powder, onion powder aur fresh parsley/hara dhania daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese daal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 10 minute k liye refrigerate ker lein.
-Aik bowl mein breadcrumbs, dried oregano aur paprika powder daal ker ache tarha shake karein & side per rakh dein.
-Dusray bowl mein anday daal ker ache tarha phent len & side per rakh dein.
-Hathon ko oil sa chikna karein aur mixture ki aik ball banayein (65 gms). Breadcrumbs mein coat ker k square shape mein bana lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker k dubara breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 8-9).
-Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
