Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves & little water.- Coat the chopped onion with all the masala and keep ready for frying.- In hot oil, fry the bhaji till golden brown.To Make Kobi chi Bhaji / Cabbage Fritters- In a bowl take chopped cabbage. Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves & little water.- Coat the chopped cabbage with the masala and keep ready for frying.- In hot oil, fry the bhaji till golden brown.To Make Batata Bhaji / Potato Fritters- To make the batter, in a bowl take gram flour. Add mix masala, salt, turmeric powder, water and coriander leaves.
