Finally, after many requests here is the Creme Brulee Donuts recipe for you. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3kFVupCVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Crme Brulee Donuts00:19 Prepare Custard filling01:20 Prepare Donuts04:02 Prepare Brulee topping04:38 Aray waahRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Custard Filling:-Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 5 (room temperature)-Sugar Cup-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) tsp -Cornflour 2 tbs -Vanilla essence tspPrepare Donuts:-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 1 & Cup-Sugar 3 tbs or to taste -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp -Anda (Eggs) 1 (room temperature)-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 50g (room temperature)-Cooking oil for frying Prepare Brulee Topping: -Sugar 1 & Cup -Water CupDirections:Prepare Custard Filling:-In a saucepan,add milk,egg yolks,sugar,cinnamon powder,cornflour,vanilla essence and whisk well.-Turn on the flame,mix continuously and cook on low flame until it thickens (5-6 minutes) then stain with the help of strainer.-Cover with cling film,let it cool completely and transfer to a piping bag.Prepare Donuts:-In a jug,add milk,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover & let it proof for 10-12 minutes.-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,egg and mix well until it crumbles.-Now add yeast mixture and knead until dough is formed.-Add butter and knead again for 10-12 minutes.-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover and let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).-Knead dough again until smooth.-Divide the dough into two equal parts,take one part and knead dough again.-Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin ( inch thickness).-Cut into round shape with the help of cookie cutter (3 inch).-Cover with kitchen towel and let it proof for 10-15 minutes.-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry donuts on low flame until golden brown.-Let them cool for 10 minutes.Prepare Brulee Topping: -In a saucepan,add sugar and water,turn on the flame & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown (12-15 minutes) and stir slightly for 2-3 times in between.-To fill each donut,carefully crave a small opening in the side of each round,forming a cavity.-Fit a piping bag,fill with prepared custard into each donut round and coat with caramelized sugar & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Prepare Custard Filling:-Saucepan mein doodh,anady ki zardi,cheeni,darchini powder,cornflour aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes) phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.-Cling film sa cover ker lein,completely thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.Prepare Donuts:-Jug mein doodh,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-12 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.-Bowl mein maida,namak aur anda dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ab yeast mixture dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Makhan dal dein aur 10-12 minutes kliya dubara ghond lein.-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein,ek part lein aur dubara ghond lein.-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein ( inch thickness).-Cookie cutter (3 inch) ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein.-Kitchen towel sa cover ker lein aur 10-15 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur donuts ko halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.-10 minute kliya thanda ker lein.Prepare Brulee Topping: -Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal dein,chulha on karein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelized aur brown ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur bech bech mein 2-3 dafa stir ker lein.-Donuts ko fill kernay kliya,donuts mein carefully side per cavity bana lein.-Piping bag sa donut ko tayyar custard sa bhar dein aur caramelized sugar sa coat ker lein & serve karein!
