Recipe in English

Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 & tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley 1 tbs
-Water Cup or as required
-Cream 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Mon Salwa Spring roll leaves 40 leaves (510g)
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,soy sauce,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated beef,mix well and cook on medium flame until dries up (14-15 minutes) & set aside for later use.
-In the same wok,add butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic and mix well for a minute.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Add mushrooms,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.
-Add dried thyme,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,salt,dried parsley and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-On low flame,add cream and mix well.
-Now add cooked mince,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Ad fresh coriander and mix well.
-Let it cool.
-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take spring roll leaves,add prepared creamy mince filling (2-3 tbs),fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour slurry.
-Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 18-20).
-Can be stored for up to 1 month in freezer.
Deep Fry:
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.
Baking:
-Brush oil on beef rolls & bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
-Brush oil on beef rolls & air fry in preheated air fry at 200C for 12-15 minutes (flip in between once after 6 minutes).
-Serve with your favourite chutney & sauce.

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein ayr darmiyani ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (14-15 minutes) & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dried thyme,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,namak aur dried parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab cooked qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-Spring roll leaves lein aur tayyar creamy filling filling(2-3 tbs) dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein aur maida ki slurry laga lein.
-Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 18-20).
-Ek month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Deep Fry:
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Baking:
-Beef rolls per oil laga lein aur preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein
minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
-Beef rolls per oil laga lein aur preheated air fry mein 200C per 12-15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein
minutes (flip in between once after 6 minutes).
-Apni pasand ki chutney or sauce k sath serve karen.
