Creamy Miso Tahini Dressing | Graces Japanese Cooking

This is one of my favorites. So delicious as salad dressing, spring roll dipping sauce, spread for your favorite wrap, or just to dip your veggies in! I recommend making this dressing fresh as needed.
I hope you enjoy!

RECIPE (makes approximately 1/4 cup)

1 tbsp cashew yogurt or your favorite yogurt (Greek yogurt may be too thick)
1 tbsp tahini paste or sesame seed paste
1 tsp miso
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp water - adjust thickness to your liking.

1. Mix all ingredients until a creamy consistency is reached.

Enjoy!
