Prepare Creamy Dahi:-In a saucepan,add milk and cornflour,whisk well and cook until it thickness and mix continuously.-Let it cool completely.-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add yogurt,cream,cornflour & milk mixture,sugar,salt & whisk until its smooth & creamy. -Add fried bhallay & mix well.Prepare Khajoor Imli ki Chutney:-In a saucepan,water,dates,tamarind pulp,jaggery,salt,fennel powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,black salt,cumin seeds & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then blend well with the help of blender.-Let it cool.Assembling:-In a serving bowl,add dahi bhallay & break with spoon.-Add boiled chickpeas,papri,black salt,dahi bara masala,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,prepared dahi,prepared khajoor imli ki chutney,pomegranate,red chilli crushed & serve!
