Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs
-Mushrooms chopped Cup
-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Tomato paste 1 & tbs
-Olpers Cream Cup (room temperature)
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Wonton wraps as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & saut until translucent.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,tomato paste & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
-Now add cooked mince,fresh parsley,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take 3.5 x 3.5-inch wonton wrap,add prepared creamy beef filling in the center,apply flour slurry at all the edges,fold in triangular shape & seal all sides.
-Apply flour slurry on one corner of triangle & overlap to form wonton shape (makes 50-60).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Option # 1: Fry
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Brush cooking oil on wontons & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 6-8 minutes.
-Serve with dipping sauce!

-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minute kliya chor dein.Sour cream tayyar hai!
-Ab cooked qeema aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-3.5 x 3.5 inch wonton wrap ka center mein tayyar creamy qeema filling dal dein,tamam edges per flour slurry laga lein aur fold ker ka triangle shape bana ker sides ko seal ker lein.
-Triangle ka ek corner per flour slurry laga lein aur overlap ker ka wonton ki shape bana lein (makes 50-60).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Option # 1: Fry
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho jay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Wontons per cooking oil laga lein aur preheated air fryer mein 180C per 6-8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Dipping sauce ka saath serve karein!
