Scones for breakfast? We love them! they are not too sweet and they are delicious with a cup of milk, tea or coffee. I added dried cranberries to the mix as I truly like them. Their lightly sour taste is a good match for the scones. You can substitute the cranberries with any dried fruit you like (I recommend peaches and apricots). As a surprise for my little Luca I I used animal shape cookie cutters and I created a cranberry scones zoo for him to play and eat. He really enjoyed it!ciao ciao, bINGREDIENTS:2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour1/2 Cup cane sugar2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 Cup milk8 Tablespoons cold butterBAKE at 400F/180C for 20minSee you next Thursday with another recipe!!!ciao!
