Courgette and Aubergine Dip Recipe Zucchini & Eggplant Meze

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A small bowl of strained yoghurt
2 grated cloves of garlic
Some salt
100ml of finely crushed walnuts
1 small courgette, sliced into thin peels with a vegetable peeler
1 roasted aubergine
