Country Chicken Curry Telangana Style | How to Prepare Chicken Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1. Country Chicken - 1 Kg
2. Onions - 1 Cup
3. Chilli Powder - 5 Teaspoons
4. Salt - 4 Teaspoons
5. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon
6. Coriander Seeds Powder - 2 Teaspoons
7. Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons
9. Dried Coconut - 1/2 Piece
10. Khas Khas - 2 Tablespoons
11. Cinnamon Sticks - 3 Small Pieces
12. Cardamoms - 5
13. Shahjeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
14. Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
15. Cloves - 7-8

Use only burnt country chicken.
Cut dried coconut into pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan.
Add chopped onions
Fry till onions turn transparent.
Add 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
Fry for a minute
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix
Add cleaned country chicken pieces and mix
This chicken needs to be cooked longer. Cook for 3 whistles in a pressure cooker.
Mix and close lid
Cook for 10 minutes on high flame
Let's prepare masala for curry in the mean time.
Heat pan
Add chopped dried coconut pieces.
Fry for a minute
Add 2 tablespoons khaskhas and fry
Add these to the mixie jar
Add garam masala
Add water and grind it into a paste.
Add this prepared masala paste to chicken
Add 5 teaspoons chilli powder, 4 teaspoons salt or salt to taste, 2 teaspoons coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder and mix.
Add as much water as desired.
Close lid and let it cook.
Cook for 2-3 whistles if youĂ­re cooking in a pressure cooker.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and mix
Serve with chepathis or rice
