[Cooking with Maisie] Air-fried roasted pork belly turns out to be crispy yet juicy!

Ingredients:
* 800g Pork Belly
* 3 cups of Water
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1 tsp Sugar
Skin Rub:
* 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
* 1 tsp Salt
Meat Rub:
* 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
* 1/4 tsp Salt

Method:
Step 1: In a pot, boil water with salt and sugar. Once boiling, add the pork belly skin side down and cook for 9 minutes. Step 2: Once done, remove the pork belly and let it cool on a rack. Pat dry with some paper towel.Step 3: Punch holes into the skin of the pork belly with a skewer. Do not punch holes till it reaches the meaty part.Step 4: Brush the pork skin with vinegar and then sprinkle half the salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes and repeat once more.Step 5: Put the pork belly into the fridge uncovered and allow the skin to dry for at least 12 hours.Step 6: Apply the meat rub on the sides and the bottom of the pork belly. Step 7: Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes before putting in the pork belly for 40 minutes at 200 C. Step 8: Once done, let it rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving. Hear that crunch!
