Concotion Rice

HOW TO MAKE CONCOTION RICE

INGREDIENTS
Ground pepper sauce
Rice
Locust bean
smoked fish
Red crayfish
stockfish
Kpomo
Palm oil
Scent Leaf
Onion
Seasoning cubes
Salt

STEPS
1. Chop the onion, Kpomo, scent leaf
2. Salt the stockfish
3. Pour the palm oil into a clean pot and allow it to bleach
4. Add the chopped onions, locust bean, red crayfish, Kpomo, stock fish to the bleached oil.
5. Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste.
6. Allow it to fry for a while
7. Add the ground pepper sauce and allow to steam.
8. Proceed to put the scent leaf in the sauce and stir.
9. Parboil the white rice in a separate pot
10. Then add the parboiled rice to the sauce and stir.
11. Allow the rice to steam.
12. Then serve hot with any garnish of your choice.
