Ingredients:

Fresh Orange Juice - Citrus Punch

1. Oranges - 6-7
2. Water - 1 Cup
3. Honey 2 tbsp
4. Lemon Juices - 1 Lemon

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixer juicer
2. Strain the mixture and discard the residue
3. Enjoy fresh juice.

Kadha:

Ingredients:

1. water 4-5 cups
2. Grated ginger - 1tsp
3. Black Pepper - 5
4. Cinnamon - 1
5. Cloves - 3
6. Green Cardamom (Crushed) - 4-5
7. Honey - 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil
2. Turn off heat when water reduces to half.
3. Consume Hot

Uses: Kadha is a strong spice blend and increases immunity during winters. Kadha is used to treat sore throat and common cold.


Yogurt

1. Plain Greek Yogurt - 2 cups
2. Strawberries - 3
3. Blueberries - 1/2 cup
4. Honey - 2 tbsp
5. Walnut - 10 (Crushed coarsely)

Method:

1. Beat yogurt and place in two separate cups
2. Chop strawberries and blueberries and add to yougurt cups
3. Add honey - 1 tbsp each
4. Mix well
5. Top up with crushed walnut and chopped berries.
