We dove straight into a topic close to our hearts with our friend @thenaturallifestylist Tony Riddle. Cold water and it's unparalleled ability to make you healthier and happier. We swim in the sea every morning all year round and we find it constantly makes us happier and more appreciative of everything around us. It's great for circulation and reducing inflammation and is even being touted as a very effective anti depressant.
