Coconut Chicken with Garlic Herb Rice
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) 3 Cups or as required
-Coconut milk powder 50 gms (1 packet)
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) whole 5-6
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Peanut butter 1 & ½ tbs
-Oil ½ Cup
-Cream 3-4 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne

Directions:
-In pot,add water,coconut milk powder and whisk well.
-Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well.
-Add green chilies,garlic paste,ginger paste and mix well then switch on the flame and bring it to boil.
-Cover and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender.
-Add coriander powder,black pepper crushed salt,red chili crushed,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add peanut butter and mix well.
-Add oil,mix well and cook until oil separates.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Turn on the flame and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,ginger,green chilies & serve.
Garlic Herb Rice

Ingredients:
-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Chawal (Rice) 1 & ½ Cups (soaked & boiled until ¾ th done)
-Mixed herbs ½ tbs
-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs

Directions:
-In pot,add oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add rice and give it a good mix.
-Add mixed herbs and mix well.
-Sprinkle water,cover and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

-Chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch,lehsan paste aur adrak paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulha on karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein.
-Dhania powder,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Peanut butter dal er ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund karein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania,adrak aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.
Garlic Herb Rice

Ajza:
-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Chawal (Rice) 1 & ½ Cups (soaked & boiled until ¾ th done)
-Mixed herbs ½ tbs
-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
Directions:
-Pot mein oil aur makhan dal ker melt karein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chawal dal ker mix ker lein.
-Mixed herbs dal ker mix karein.
-Pani chirak dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
