Yellow Food Colouring1½ tbsp. Homemade cream (Malai)½ tsp. Cardamom powder¼ tsp. Rose essenceSilver foilMethod:-1. Mix the freshly grated coconuts with sugar and keep aside for 60 minutes.2. Add the coloured milk to this followed by malai and keep stirring in one direction on a medium flame for 12-14 minutes.3. Once the moisture dries out, turn the flame off and add cardamom powder, rose essence and mix well.4. Place the mixture on a geased tray and flatten it with a greased flat bottomed bowl.5. Make cube shaped cuts and garnish with silver foil.6.
