(CLOSED) The hawker stall that made Singapore's Katong laksa famous!

***Stall is closed***

There are many laksa stalls in the Joo Chiat/Katong area but only two of them made Katong laksa the famous dish that it is now. One of them is Janggut Laksa, the first-ever laksa stall in Katong, the other is this one: Roxy Laksa which started in 1952 at the old Roxy Cinema (now Roxy Square) before moving to East Coast Lagoon Food Village in 1979 (now in timbre+).
