2.5g black pepper
0.5g sage
0.5g coriander seed
0.375g ginger
0.25g red pepper flakes
0.25g clove
0.25g allspice
0.125g marjoram
0.125g summer savoury
0.125g thyme
All ground and mixed with 200g flour and 25g salt
